Though forsythia is the harbinger of spring, it is the lack of parking spaces that is the harbinger of a strong season in Cape May this summer and Cape May Stage is ready to open its doors.

In advance of government and union protocols, Cape May Stage has already installed a plexiglass barrier around the box office and has ordered masks, sanitizer dispensers, and created social distancing seating plans for the 2021 season. In addition to our Equity stage manager taking classes to be a certified Covid specialist, Cape May Stage intends to create another position dedicated to taking temperatures, keeping tracking information, and cleaning backstage as well as all of the seats before every performance just to ensure everyone’s safety.

After a challenging year of quarantines and the search for vaccinations, Cape May Stage is the destination for laughter – medically proven to lower one’s blood pressure.
