So I picked up Howard Green and his lovely wife Paulene to travel to Linwood to do a talk-show for WOND radio with Bob Burns.  Bill Horin invited us to his home for lunch with the caution that you may not find my house because there is no name on the street or number on the house.  He was right but a quick phone call and Bill waved for us to enter his art gallery/photo studio/home for lunch.  I had met Bill Horin earlier because he shot a  documentary about the arts in South Jersey and I was interviewed back then – what a passionate guy who loves our region and celebrates all of the arts.  He was really impressed with Cape May Stage.  Paulene is from the UK and charming and funny as she told us about early courting with Howard doing Shakespeare.  Then onto the radio station where we heard that Biden had withdrawn from the presidential race – jokes about politics interspersed with info about the show – then – we are on the air.  During commercials, talk about marriage, politics, Trump in Atlantic City, – back to Cape May Stage and “Trying”.

Dashed south on the Garden State for a meeting with the mayor and city manager about co-producing an event.  They were great and I really saw what makes Cape May such an amazing place – people who really care and want to make a difference in every area – the environment, history, art.
